When Chef Nowel took a step in the vast world of veganism, she knew she wanted to provide herself and others the luxury of being able to eat healthy with the ability to continue to enjoy comfort food staples. Chef Nowel provides healthy spins on non-traditional vegan dishes, such as Mac’n Cheez, Chikin’ and Waffles, Po’ Boys, etc. Chef Nowel has familial roots from the south- Louisiana and Texas; her heart continues to skip a beat to the savory tastes of soul food. Because Chef Nowel is true to both health and her southern roots, she found a way to intertwine the two concepts. Chef Nowel enjoys creating plant-based comfort foods that are both pleasing to body and soul.
